Lets face it…how many of us are happy with their bum? I know I’m not.
So what can be done about it?… Well there are a few things. We can simply decide not to care about it… why do we care so much about it anyway or we can take some action.
But what action can we take?… You can start in the diet department. Is what you’re eating at the moment the healthiest diet? Could you do better?… Thought so! So the first thing you should do is eating healthier. It is easier than you think… try to incorporate some vegetables into your meals and eat at least 5 pieces of fruit per day.
Once you have sorted your diet then you should start being more active and do some bum exercises. bum exercises are much easy than you think and they can easily complement you normal activities.
If you go swimming, hiking or any other form of sport then this will be help. When you are doing the sport, think about the tensing your bum. This will help with the your toning bum activities. Some other exercises that you can do include…
